With over 14 Years of clinical experience in Remedial Massage, Ash has extensive knowledge of the anatomy & physiology of the body allowing her treatments to be a superior pain management tool, whilst also being rehabilitative & relaxing.

Ash had close mentorship with Chiropractors & A Grade NRL teams in sydney before moving to the Illawarra in 2015.
