Zarah has been a Remedial Therapist since 1996. In the first 9 years she worked closely with Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors. Zarah has treated all forms of injuries and has helped many. She loves working intuitively also and offer a variety of techniques for which she has been extensively trained. 

 

Zarah cares about the mind and body connection and believe if the body is touched in a healing way it can also heal the mind and calm the spirit. 

 

Zarah uses a range of techniques and will address each person individually. Zarah is trained in all forms of Remedial massage, Sports, Reflexology, Dorn method, Hot stone, Aromatherapy, Relaxation, Trigger point, Energy work and breath, & Shell essences. Her aim is to achieve the best possible therapeutic result for each person specifically.
